with
Demoiselle FRANCOISE PELLERIN, minor daughter of the deceased Sieur GERARD PELLERIN and of Dame FRANCOISE RUELLAN now wife of JEAN BAPTISTE de MEMBREDE.
Stipulating for Mr. De Macarty, Mr. JEAN JACQUES MACARTY MACTEGUE his brother, Captain of the Troops of the Marines of this Colony and Madame his wife, Mr. PIERRE de RIGAUD Marquis de VAUDREUIL, Chevalier of the Royal and Military Order of St. Louis, and Captain of the King's vessels in this province of Louisiana and Madame his wife, Mr. GILLES AUGUSTIN PAYEN, Chevalier de NOYAN, Chevalier of the Royal and Military Order of St. Louis, Lieutenant of the King in this Province.
