Jh Villars Dubreuil, a land or plantion called La Brasserie, situated near this city of New Orleans, having 6 1/2 arpents of front by 40 of depth, adjoining on one side to the Sieur Darby and on the other to the purchaser having a frontage and running along the Mississippi River, having been measured formerly by Lassus, surveyor, as well as by Broutin, coming from the succession of the deceased Pierre Dreux, first husband of the said Dame Voisin.
